1. Clients confirm the models and quantities, Get the Latest Quote;

2. We draft Proforma Invoice, Clients confirm the PI and arrange the payment;

3. Prepare Pre-production samples Once we get payment; After confirmed, start the mass production;

4. Send clients photos and packing lists, we arrange the shipment after getting the balances.

Payment Terms

1. For sample orders, PayPal & Western Union& Alipay are available.

2. For bulk orders, TT & Alibaba trade assurance order is recommended.

3. For bulk orders, 30% – 100% deposit to start sampling, 70% – 0% balance before shipping.

Lead Time

1. Sample order (1-1000pcs): 2 – 3 days.

2. Bulk order (1000-20000pcs): 3 – 10 days.

3. Bulk order(20000+pcs): 10 – 15 days.

4. OEM orders, start since the custom details confirmed.

Shipping Methods

1. Express shipping UPS, DHL is the default methods. Normally takes 3-7 days.

2. Door-to-Door Air cargo for bulk orders. Normally takes 7-8 days.

3. Shipping by sea is available according to clients’ requests.

After Service

1. Send email/phone/msg to our salesperson directly for further service.

2. Any non-artificial defective products will be replaced within the warranty period.
